The John Abbott College Foundation celebrates successful golf tournament.

For its annual Golf Tournament, the John Abbott College Foundation is proud to announce a net total of $62,500.

Together with our wonderful volunteers, the John Abbott College Foundation organised a premium golfing event, which brought together generous donors and sponsors for a beautiful day out on the links at the illustrious Beaconsfield Golf Club. A total of 33 foursomes took to the course enjoying friendly games that saw them competing against their colleagues, as well as College star student-athletes, all the while enjoying drinks and tasty treats, served along the way.

As the sun set, the crowd convened indoors for the annual reception and silent auction of top tier products, generously donated to the cause. We had the pleasure of hearing directly from college students and staff who have witnessed the results of the Foundations’ fund-raising initiatives firsthand. Yearly campaigns and activities go above and beyond to support students in need of financial assistance, allowing them to focus primarily on their education and continue their road to success.

La Fondation Cégep John Abbott célèbre la réussite du tournoi annuel de golf

Pour son tournoi de golf annuel, la Fondation Cégep John Abbott est fière d’annoncer un total net de 62 500 $.

Avec nos merveilleux bénévoles, la Fondation a organisé un événement de golf haut de gamme, réunissant nos généreux donateurs et commanditaires pour une magnifique journée sur les parcours du prestigieux club de golf de Beaconsfield. Au total, 33 quatuors ont participé, profitant du beau temps pour compétitionner contre leurs collègues, ainsi qu’aux étudiants-athlètes vedettes du Cégep tout en dégustant des boissons et des délices savoureux, servis en cours de la partie.

Au coucher du soleil, la foule s’est rassemblée à l’intérieur pour la réception annuelle et la vente aux enchères silencieuse de produits de première qualité, généreusement offerts à la cause. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’entendre directement des étudiants et le personnel du collège qui ont été témoins des résultats des initiatives de collecte de fonds de la Fondation. Les campagnes et activités annuelles vont au-delà pour soutenir les étudiants ayant besoin d’une aide financière, leur permettant de se concentrer principalement sur leur éducation et de poursuivre leur route vers la réussite.

Nous remercions tous nos commanditaires et donateurs pour leur soutien indéfectible et généreux, ainsi que pour leur participation à chaque année pour soutenir les étudiants du Cégep John Abbott, tout en profitant d’une belle journée sur le terrain de golf.
