JAC Dental Hygiene in the News!

Saturday, November 26, the John Abbott College Dental Hygiene clinic opened its doors to a very select group of residents from the greater Montreal area. Why, you ask? To offer dental exams and treatment to those who cannot afford to go to the dentist. Abbott Dental Hygiene students, staff & faculty volunteered alongside members of the Gift From the Heart charity all day. Reservation spots filled in the bat of an eye and by the end of the day thirty-five plus people were treated – in 1 day. Many more were turned away.
