John Abbott College: Proud partner in shaping the future of AI technology in the workforce
John Abbott College is proud to partner up with illuxi, through JACOBB, in an innovative project seeking to revolutionize corporate learning through artificial intelligence.
illuxi is a Canadian technology company that develops products and services to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and transmission of skills within various organizations. illuxi announced that, in response to major shifts within the job market, they will be investing $1 million into the development of a generative artificial intelligence platform dedicated to real-time competency development, named illuxiHERO.
The project is in partnership with JACOBB, a College Technology Transfer Centre (CCTT), in which both John Abbott College and Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne are affiliated. The project “aims to revolutionize corporate learning by building AI technology capable of continuously assessing and identifying workforce skill needs and automatically generating tailored learning paths.”
The project is set to be piloted in select organizations this year.
