ALUMNI GENEROUSLY GIVE BACK TO JOHN ABBOTT COLLEGE STUDENTS
November 8, 2021
For all those who talk about giving back to their alma mater, the Rubin & So Foundation of Montreal is doing just that by committing to provide financial assistance to students at John Abbott College for a period of three years.
Rick Rubin (JAC ‘89) and Delia So (JAC ‘89) created the \Rubin & So Foundation to help those in need – specifically our future health care providers in need.
In a time where we are seeing critical shortages in Nursing, it seems only fitting that the Rubin & So Foundation have created a very generous bursary program with the John Abbott College Foundation. Destined for full-time students in both Nursing and Paramedic Care, this program could change the lives of many.
Unique to this bursary program, the chosen recipients will receive continued support, every semester, for the duration of their Nursing and/or Paramedic Care studies at John Abbott College.
