Les pharmacien(ne)s se voient confier plus de responsabilit\u00e9s que jamais au sein du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 \u2014 mais sans un nombre suffisant de technicien(ne)s qualifi\u00e9(e)s pour les soutenir, ils et elles font face \u00e0 une charge de travail accrue, \u00e0 un stress grandissant et \u00e0 un risque r\u00e9el d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel. Cette p\u00e9nurie a d\u00e9j\u00e0 des r\u00e9percussions sur la population, et le besoin de professionnel(le)s form\u00e9(e)s n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi important.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de leur visite, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de CBC News a pu constater de premi\u00e8re main le travail essentiel qui se d\u00e9roule dans notre programme de Techniques de pharmacie.
