Obvia<\/a>, l\u2019Observatoire international sur les impacts soci\u00e9taux de l’IA et du num\u00e9rique, est une communaut\u00e9 de recherche compos\u00e9e de 19 \u00e9tablissements d’enseignement postsecondaire du Qu\u00e9bec et de plus de 240 chercheuses et chercheurs. Obvia cherche \u00e0 identifier \u00ab les enjeux soci\u00e9taux de l\u2019intelligence artificielle et du num\u00e9rique, et contribue \u00e0 des solutions qui placent les \u00eatres vivants et la biosph\u00e8re au centre de leur cycle de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019utilisation. \u00bb<\/p>\nCe projet explore l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, en particulier ChatGPT, par des non-cliniciens dans le cas d\u2019une urgence m\u00e9dicale. \u00c0 travers une revue de la litt\u00e9rature, l\u2019analyse de commentaires sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux (Reddit, TikTok, X) et une analyse comparative de certains mod\u00e8les d\u2019IA (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), il vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019applicabilit\u00e9, la coh\u00e9rence, la justesse et les implications \u00e9thiques des r\u00e9ponses g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019IA dans des situations m\u00e9dicales critiques. Des entrevues avec des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 viendront enrichir l\u2019analyse. Le projet aborde \u00e9galement les enjeux de gouvernance num\u00e9rique, de d\u00e9sinformation, de consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9 et de protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
Recevoir cette bourse d’Obvia signifie bien plus pour moi qu’une simple reconnaissance, cela repr\u00e9sente le d\u00e9but d’un parcours dont je r\u00eave depuis des ann\u00e9es. La recherche m’a toujours fascin\u00e9e, car elle nous donne l’occasion de questionner, de d\u00e9couvrir et de faire bouger les choses. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce projet, j’esp\u00e8re m’\u00e9panouir en tant que chercheuse et explorer comment la technologie et l’\u00e9thique peuvent s’allier pour am\u00e9liorer les soins de sant\u00e9. Mais surtout, je souhaite apporter une contribution significative, aussi modeste soit-elle, \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension scientifique.
