Elle est ensuite devenue Directrice adjointe des \u00e9tudes d\u2019arts et de formation g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (2001-2003) avant de retourner aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudiants et \u00e9tudiantes dans une classe de psychologie, partageant son expertise avec eux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa retraite en 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Myrna est actuellement professeure agr\u00e9g\u00e9e au d\u00e9partement de psychiatrie \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 McGill et chercheuse \u00e0 l&rsquo;Unit\u00e9 de recherche sur la culture et la sant\u00e9 mentale de l&rsquo;Institut Lady Davis. Elle est une avocate bien connue de la lutte contre le profilage racial, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 Pr\u00e9sidente de la table ronde interculturelle sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du gouvernement du Canada et Vice-pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d&rsquo;administration de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole nationale de police du Qu\u00e9bec. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e au Comit\u00e9 expert en mati\u00e8re de profilage racial du Service de police de la Ville de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Myrna a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques, de pratiques et d\u2019interventions qui favorisent l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, l\u2019inclusion et la sensibilit\u00e9 culturelle.
