Madame Berghello entrera en fonction le 17 juin prochain.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Teresa s&rsquo;est jointe au corps enseignant du C\u00e9gep John Abbott en 2004 pour ensuite devenir coordonnatrice du d\u00e9partement et du programme de Soins infirmiers en 2008. Son exp\u00e9rience en enseignement et en apprentissage, ainsi que ses comp\u00e9tences exceptionnelles en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;administration et de gestion, l&rsquo;ont amen\u00e9e \u00e0 assumer les fonctions de directrice adjointe des \u00e9tudes par int\u00e9rim des programmes Sciences et Sciences humaines en 2013 et pour ensuite devenir directrice adjointe des \u00e9tudes en 2015. Teresa a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 en aidant le Coll\u00e8ge \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie, y compris la transition et l&rsquo;adaptation \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement en ligne, \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprentissage et \u00e0 un nouvel environnement de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Teresa a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e Directrice des \u00e9tudes en juin 2022 et a fait preuve d&rsquo;un grand leadership dans ce r\u00f4le, notamment en dirigeant la mise en \u0153uvre des exigences li\u00e9es aux changements apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la Charte de la langue fran\u00e7aise (Loi 14).
